A sassy and sarcastic read about a girl who is hiding from the problems of her family life with meaningless sex with her school's man-whore. Bianca, who has been called the DUFF (Designated Ugly Fat Friend) of her group by man-whore Wesley Roush, starts to doubt her value among her friends. On top of that, she is watching quietly as her parent's marriage disintergrates before her eyes. Never one to reveal her true feelings, Bianca escapes by having an affair with Wesley. But as what starts out as meaningless turns into something, what will Bianca do. Although the main character is such a pain in the butt, Bianca is a fierce teen feminist and provides an intro into the minds of today's girls regarding sex, love, and birth control.
This book has a lot of sexual language (descriptions aren't crude) and curse words, so I would recommend it to only girls 15 and up. It might even work as a mother-daughter book club title.
